While I've had extensive experiences with Subaru's, I have virtually no experience with DSM's. My younger brother just bought a 95 Eagle Talon Tsi (awd, turbo). It seems that every time he goes over a bump, the front suspension feels like it's going to fall out. The suspension is stock currently. The struts aren't blown or leaking any fluid, and everything seems tight. Do the pillowball mounts have a habit of failing on these cars? Are they solid mounts or is there a bearing integral to the mount? I've searched on here with no luck.. any advice would be appreciated. Currently we're scheduling an overhaul of the suspension for the weekend if he can make up his mind on a decent street setup.
Thanks in advance,
Fitz
