I just installed my Tokick Illuminas and Tokico Springs a couple of days ago. I made sure everything was tight. Made sure that the assembly was all tightened up, the bumpstops and the black pillow things were in place. Anyways while driving, I can hear the passenger rear side making a weird clanking metal to metal noise and from the passenger front more of a thumping noise.

Today on the front assembly, I decided to change the order of the parts because the front barely dropped so I put in order from top to bottom:

Black pillows (2 of them)
Dust Cover
Bumpstop (OE length)

It was previously:

Dust Cover
Black pillows
Bumpstop

Oh yeah I noticed that on the OE strut, the bumpstop would only go so far on the rod but on the tokico strut it goes straight to the bottom of it. I don't know much about this so anyone with some input would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm actually having almost the same problem....

It seems like most problems are from the pass. front... I wud also like any info if anyone has it.... same set up... Illuminas and Tokico springs...

Car wont be driven until Middle of May, but I wud like some info to help get it fixed before it's back on the road.... thanks....

fixed it, I just tightened up the one nut that holds the pillow mount down. I didnt' want to tighten it before because on one of the papers that came with my package, it showed a picture of what it should look like, but I tightened them up and they aren't making the noise anymore.
