Moving to Austin from Tri-Cities Washington next weekend and wanted to give you guys a heads-up. Probably not going to have internet right away but still would like to meet fellow DSM'ers and be kept in the loop for "Meet-Ups" and such, so if you see me on the road hit me up.

Looking forward to meeting any, some, or all of you. :hellyeah:
BTW, any particular place anybody meets up on ocasion??

Welcome to the Lonestar State. A few things to remember when being a Texan. Sooner fans and Longhorn fans never mix. GW no longer stands for George Washington, it now stands for Bush Jr. Texas BBQ's are as standard as mass on Sundays. The DSM community is not as active as it once was. I'm in San Antonio and the folks here do their best to stay connected. I would like to see a monthly meet perhaps alternating from Austin to San Antonio. It would be a great way to share knowledge, resources and even trade some of those dsm parts we all have.
 
I'd like to add on the above, If theres two things you need to know about Texas its most drive big cars and have big hair ahahah.

I live in Dallas, and theres like no scenes here at all. It sucks working in a shop with all the hicks that love their american muscle cars and I can't fully relate. Do you know those mother ####ers almost brain washed me into sellingmy DSM and getting a Trans Am?? They're all pretty good guys and at least we all love cars. Anywho welcome to Texas! My girlfriend is from Seattle. I'm from Manhattan.

sidenote, I think there are more people that live in Texas that weren't from Texas. ahah
