Fresno DSM Meet for September!

Aight guys! It's that time of the year. Let's get ready for the meet some of us are dying for.
I want to set a date for sometime in September before the weather gets ugly. September so some of us aren't surprise of the day and September so we have enough time to get ready for it. Also reason why is it might start to rain in October, November get's to cold and cloudy, day time get's shorter, family gatherings for Thanksgiving and December everyone is broke. So logically thinking about this, September will be the last time most likely we can meet.

So give me a weekend so we can give this a go. In September we have 5, let me repeat 5 saturdays and 5 let me repeat again, 5 Sundays. I am aiming for September 15 (sat) or 16(sunday). If there is any objection, please feel free to input. That's the good thing about opinions Let's make this happen and big
Place will be at Shane's shop. If weather permits or we can't come through to the shop. Will meet at a park and bbq, pics and share stories

I'm only skeptical about the 23rd because I'm not sure when my manager is going to be back from vacation.
I want a good turn out so what ever works with more people, we'll go with that.

How early do you guys usually meet? I always work 1-9 on Sundays so I can come by in the morning for a bit. Also I still need to get my motor mounts and some other misc bushings pressed out at Shane's shop.

Usually it don't matter. But really depends on Shane cause I don't have keys to open his shop.
Last year we planned for 11am but people started to show up at 12 I think.
