ECMlink Won't stay on after v3

So I just went from v2 to v3 and I can't get the car to idle. It will try for a few seconds then die. I set v3 to the right injectors and maf and nothing. On v2 it was running with the non 96/97 cam sensor so and the box is checked. Global is -60.9 and I took it up to -33.6 to -68 ish. Deadtime is at 330 and I tried adjusting that to 180 and no dice. I have 1150cc's in there right now and the car was running perfect on v2 with no leaks of any kind. I literally just switched out the chips and now it won't run. Any ideas?

Did you buy the chip used? I would check the DA tables and make sure the tables are still stock.

As always, post up a log or your settings/DA files so we can take a look at them. It'll tell us more than you can.
