Finally made it to the dyno. Started out at 615whp off the street. Needed leaned out some got to 630 on 35psi then finally raised the boost up to 43psi and made my 707 psi run. Still on the rich side of things, but didn't feel like getting greedy played it safe on the tune. We set out to beat the old 4cyl forced induction record at our local dyno. Old record was 557 so we beat that and hit our goal of 700whp and called it a day. Here is a video and a pic of the graph. Let me know what you guys think. :hellyeah:

Thanks guys I'm pumped. I've never had anything close to this much power before and I'm loving it!!!

Looking at the list i'm 4th overall on pump gas :)

good job man.. only question is 700 hp and only runs 11's? or is that old? again nice job

what are you seeing 30psi at? great numbers but im a little suprised I feel like the 6265 could make the same power at that boost level. maybe not, congrats on the record though really good job.

The 11 sec pass wasn't at that power level. Don't know what a 6265 would do around the same boost. This isn't the final resting place for power, so i need to have a turbo a little more capable. 6765 is supposed to be good for 900 ish. So we will see what happens when i change some stuff out

ya sounds good man yeah Im sure your gunna be able to get more outa her, just getting the right parts to make everything flow as good as possible is gunna be the key

my main concern now is what can basic wiseco pistons and manley rods hold

That'd be my main concern...I've seen catastrophic failure on Manley H-Beams at less power then you're making....and it was not due to the rod bolts either... ....

I've been following your build and seen the car at the Shootout as well... I'm very impressed with the pump/Meth #'s... that setup has ALOT more potential in it with T4 exhaust and some e-85 or race fuel... but I definitely share your concern with the bottom end ..I'd be hesitant to push it much farther honestly. IMO You're already a ticking time bomb at those power levels w/ those parts.....

you should be more than ok with that at the power level

I always would say if you all are good on stock block I should be done ! Lol thanks for commenting .:hellyeah:

Guess I got room to raise the boost up and make more power

I am tempted to push mine a bit more but I'm leaving it there for now until I get the suspension dialed in and hopefully see some 9's. You need to go out and have some fun with that thing :thumb:

Got an ARM drop race the 16th and Oct is the Kentucky Shootout. I'm supposed to race a procharged c6 vette. Got my tires and tach coming in . I'm ready to get things moving. Wish I there were more events around me

What was your water/meth ratio for those numbers? Pre turbo nozzle, post only, what size nozzle/s? 94, 93, 91 octane gasoline as well?

One nozzle before throttle body.. 7gph nozzle probably 90/10 meth water.

93 octane

7GPH Nozzle! holly crap thats small man, Im running 100whp less and have the 14gph nozzle its around 860cc I also just run straight methanol no water.

what kind of timing curve are you seeing with that tune and HP?

The kit I have is a very basic kit. I think that's the biggest jet it came with ill double check. As for timing I gotta look back at it. We only added 2 degrees from where it was at on the dyno.

I'm glad to see you making these numbers on pump gas. I've been following your build because I just picked on one these turbo's up for my car and was a little nervous it wouldn't make the power I want it to, but my car will be running on alcohol by the time this turbo goes on. I know a guy with this turbo on his honda, running e98 he made 990 WHP, but it's nice to see what it does on a 4g63.

If you're looking to make more power maybe try switching to some kelford's or something, I've never been impressed by BC's. Or you could always use a different fuel such as alcohol or even race gas, unless you are trying to run a specific class that requires pump fuel or something. I wouldn't worry too much about the internals failing as long as you have a good tune.

This setup def has more left in it. Gonna run it as is for now then get a few more pieces lines out for more boost
