1998 Eclipse GSX

Hey guys i've had my DSM now for 2 years now, bought it almost stock everything. 96k miles on original 7 bolt motor when I purchased it. The car was pretty beat, grimey engine bay, sun spots, untuned.



I've been doing a lot of visual mods, only things done to the engine are 750cc injectors with a Big FP T-28 turbo, injen intake, magna flow exhaust, DNP headers, 272 272 cams, titanium valve springs and retainers, walbro 255, fuel labs AFPR, DSM Link V3, Hallman boost controller.

Heres some pictures of my car mods.. It's been repainted, I painted the rims myself. Also many visual mods that im not gonna list, just pictures. tell my what you guys think so far!!!

The car was Dynoed at like 235 to the wheels and he told me thats around 300HP to the crank. He said it'd be more if it was on the other type of dyno also!

From what can be told from those pictures, nice.

..except for the blue license plate lights and the green underbody kit. You can even see the kit in the rear, which is ultra tacky. But that's just me -- I'm not a fan of underbody kits in the least, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. If you like it, that's all that matters!

I assume the hood is functional in some way; do you also use the hood release latch or just the pins?

Haha yeah the hood is fully functional, I use the pins and the latch.
