Eclipse GSX '91, only one in Croatia (lots of pictures)

Let me introduce my Eclipse.

Short story how i got her
About 6 years ago the time has come to buy myself a car. In one occasion my friend gave me the opportunity to try a GS-T, the first generation of Eclipse. Then I said I need to have this car. About 6 months later my friend calls me and says that there is one GSX and asked if I wanted to buy it because it is the only one in Croatia. The owner was an older guy who was giving the car all of the care that she needs. Then I said this car has to be mine. Since that time, I am still driving the Eclipse and I will never sell it.
When I bought it it had 107 000 miles. Full stock.
I must mention that this is the only copy of GSX in my country. There are 1G, but they are all N / A.

Here's mods i done so far:

Engine:
Magnecor 8.5mm Sparkplug wires
Palm Pocket Logger
Turbo timer
A/C delete
3'' Custom downpipe exhaust
Cat delete
Perrin MBC
Dejon Intake pipe
K&N Air Filter
FMIC with custom 2.5'' piping
Synapse Synchronic BOV
2G TB Elbow

Interior:
Racetech Mechanical Boost Gauge
Swapped black interior.

Exterior:
H4 Bi-Xenon
H3 Xenon foglights

Suspension/Brakes/Drivetrain:
D2 Racing Coilovers
Front and Rear Strut Tower Bars
EVO Front 2 piston brake calipers
XTD Stage 3 Clutch Kit

Wheels:
Sparco Drift 17'' 8J ET 48
Good Year Eagle F1 Asymetric 215/45 R17

So here's pics few days after i bought her

More pics in few moments...

This is old pictures

Embedded with XTD Stage 3 Clutch and flywheel. I have it on car about 5 years and so far no problem.
Soon i will have to replace clutch.

The sound is amazing, and car go much better now.

Nothing special but to rise up the power a little bit more.

My plan is Bigger turbo, EVO III 16G, bigger injectors, Walbro fuel pump, and balance shaft elimination, dsm link or megasquirt.

I am so proud. But the only thing bothering me is that there are no parts for Eclipse.
The only thing we can do is to order online.

What an amazing transformation! It looks great! What were the steps you took to polish the valve cover? It turned out great and really sets off the engine bay now.

reticulation is needed on the 4g63 because the stock MAF/ECU is looking for the little bit of extra air that is put back into the intake after you're BOV goes off. When it's not recirculated, that little bit of air goes into the atmosphere instead of back into the engine. This causes a brief spurt of running rich, and other problems that can all be fixed by a short piece of rubber piping.

First I removed the OEM color from the valve cover using the acid which is here called'''' desolate.
Then I started with 360 grit sandpaper, and later to 2000.
In the end I used paste for polishing aluminum. I hope that u understand this. My english is not so good.
