2nd gear grinds after driving for awhile?

hey guys, in my GVR4....after 20min or so of driving (within normal temp)...my 2nd gear grinds. OTHER GEARS are fine...no problem at all.

but if i shift slow---i mean VERY slow at low rpm, sometimes its fine sometimes it grinds slightly.

Today i purchased PENNZOIL SYNCHROMESH.

im going to flush my trans fluid sometimes this week! (any links for pictorials on how to do tranny fluid change?)


*sorry, imma honda/toyota guy---did swaps and work on this car EXCEPT for DSM---this is my first time*
