what kind of tranny fluid for M/T???

Its getting really cold out and my car is getting almost impossible to shift when the motor is cold. what type of fluid is best for cold weather. I dont know what is in there now.

I use Royal Purple over BG Syncroshift, and one guy local to me with a mid-12 sec. GSX switched from BG to Royal Purple and liked it better. They're all great, IMHO.
