need help

[95 esi 90 AWD]

I just changed my tranny and the little rubber bushing wouldnt come off so I just used the same one but now its to short and i need to use the linkage from the new tranny. But I cannot get the rubber bushing off. Is there any way to make my own using washers or buy a new one. I went to satina nd they got me a new washer not a bushing. They are idiots. Someone please help I need my car back!!!!

OK I found some but they are 40 dollers but i need then within 2 days. So if any one knows how to make them i would appreciate it very much!!!!!!!!!

Are you talking about the bushings on the shifter linkage? If so, you can replace them with rollerblade-style bearings. Reduces shifter play too. They are a press-fit install, you MAY need a small C-Clamp to push them in though.
