turn my automatic into a 5 speed!!!help!!!

I just bought a 95 talon tsi awd...i only paid $800 for it because it has a blown head gasket....but the bad thing is that it is an automatic...I need to know everything that i will need to convert it into a 5 speed...any information would be greatly appreciated....thanks
