hard to get into gear

Hey before everyone starts yellgin at me i already have done a search on this topic and since the search is so crappy i get thread with the word gear in it or hard so chilllllll, ite but for real some time it is extremly hard to get into mainly 1st 3rd n 5th like hard to the piont that i have to pull back and shove forward nothin close to smooth, no grinds but hard to get into gear, could this be helped with a better tran fluid or what.

You might need new shifter cables. ( If 1G's use them ) If not, sorry for not helping.
