After reading the VFAQ site and seeing that it was possible to install equal length halfshafts in a 1g fwd. and all I needed was a seal spacer made by a person who's name I wont mention. So I emailed him to get ahold of one of them lil buggers only to find out that they were going out of buisiness. But the guy who made them emailed me and said that he would be making some more and would email me when one was available. Well, its been 8 months now and no sign of this guy or the spacers. Is there any way to do this swap. Ive got the shafts and the intermediate shaft. and coming up with a seal is no problem. I work at an auto parts store and seen that the fwd and awd seals are different but have come up with a couple of numbers that will fit the bill. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a spacer needed for the backet if there is no A/C but I'm not sure about the spacer that goes with the transmission seal. Where can I get that spacer for the seal?
