How to change Automatic Transmission fluid?

I have a 2g gsx, and trying to buy a translab shift kit. I'm just wondering the proper procedures in draining and re-filling the automatic transmission fluid before and after i finish doing the upgrade... i searched plymouthlaser and vfaq and couldnt find anything. Any of you auto guru's know? dont wanna spend 100 bux at speedee's to refill it

Unless you are planning to flush the trans yourself, its going to be a pain in the @$$. I tried everything to refill mine but I just went with a flush. Its the best way to, instead of changing 80% of the fluid doing it yourself, the flush cleans about 95%. Hope this helps.
