Throw out bearing Grease

It says genuine Mitsu grease or equivalent.. What kinda grease do you guys use on it... Still fighting with the F*cking rear motor mount, but.... When i do get it out to put the new clutch in, it says to grease the throwout bearing.. Any input.?

I just used regular high temp wheel bearing grease. It works fine for me. Just be sure that you don't put a ton of it on there, or eles there is the possibility of it slinging off and getting on the clutch. My suggestion is to just put bearing grease on it and call it a day.
