first off, my clutch wasn't disengaging fully and was slipping. i did the whole clutch pedal thing to make sure it wasn't rounded, but nothing improved. i was going to drop the trans to check the clutch disk then found what was wrong. don't have any pictures but i will try to describe the best i can. when i was going to take off the first motor-trans bolt i saw that the block was cracked right. the bottommost motor-trans bolt hole broke off flush with the rest of the block. the hole i'm talking about is the part that flares out from the rest of the block so the bolt has somewhere to go. don't know if i'm being clear enough, will try to provide more details if needed.
