What Do You Put In Your Rear End?

I'm talking for lubricant .

Okay, enough of thinking sick! What do you guys find that is the best lubricant for your rear differential? I didn't see any other post on this so I thought I would bring it up.

i just put in some Redline Heavy Shockproof - can't really tell a difference but its supposed to give better protection than conventional gear oil.
