I'm in the prosses of doing the awd swap on my 2g. I've asked a few people locally that have done the swap and they all say I can re-use my starter. My question is , do I have to get a different bellhousing spacer for the awd or can I just re-use my fwd one?

I was able to use the fwd bell housing spacer. I just had to slot one of the holes for the bolt. You will know what I'm talking about when you put the plate on the awd bell housing to compare. One bolt hole doesn't line up. Just drill that and move the hole over.
