How to install Ground Control coilovers on KYB AGX shocks

I'm starting to get really annoyed with this. Is there anything on here on how to install the Ground Control coilovers on AGX shocks. The instructions that came with the coilovers are very poor and don't really help at all. For instance, in regards to the rears, it says to place a urethane insert on 2 o-rings. Well there are 2 different size o-rings that came with them and it doesn't differentiate between them. Then there is the urethane piece itself. There is no urethane piece that came with it, nor is there a urethane piece on the stock shock. All the threads I've found on the topic don't tell my anything that I don't already know. If anyone can help, it would be sincerely appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for that. That's all I needed but I never got a urethane insert with my coil overs. Is there anything that I can use in replace of it?
