The engagement point of my clutch keeps moving as I'm driving. When I first start the car up, it engages right off the floor like 1/2 inch. The longer I drive the car, the farther off the floor the engagement point is. After a 45 minute drive, normal city driving, IE not racing through the gears, the engement point gets so bad that the clutch starts slipping. Eventually, it will get so bad that the clutch will almost not engage at all.

If I let the car sit and cool off for a few hours, the clutch engagement point goes back to being 1" off the floor.

The clutch will hold up to launching the car without slipping so long as I haven't driven it for more than 30 min. After 30 min, even with absolutely no boosting etc, I'm lucky to be able to get the car started on a hill.

Help.

Had a very similar problem, just adjust the clutch master cylinder rod by your clutch pedal assembly. What happens is your master cylinder is building up pressure so after a while of driving, your engagement point moves out towards your foot.
