As long as my car is up on stands to do the clutch (finished) I want to swap my LSD rear end in. Unfortunately when I started unbolting everything I ran into a problem. The bolt on one of the differential supports (the 22mm ones) won't come off. The metal bracket inside the trunk ripped apart and spins freely. I tried to bolt the remaining part down, but it just pops free and spins. How can I get this nut off? I was really hoping to be driving the car by now. Grrr.

I had this happen on a donor car and had to resort to torching to get it out. Just stating that merely to acknowledge your frustration. I cant think of any feasible options except maybe a tackweld? Keep us updated if you figure anything out.
