Any Aftermarket TOBS?

I think this is my second tranny failure in result of bad TOB.

Is there any aftermarket? I used OEMS always and and am annoyed.

I never EVER ride the clutch. I disengage the clutch with slight clutch pressure and popping into neutral.

I revmatch all corners with Smooooth engagement.

I have a new master, slave, SS line, extended slave rod. new fulcrum, new fork installed last rebuild 5K ago.

I am Very Confident its not as result of user error.

Any suggestions on a new TOB?

The extended slave rod does nothing. Also, be sure to adjust the pedal per service manual guidlines. (ie when applying the clutch the point at which you feel resistance is approx. 1/2" from the top of the pedal) If you've adjusted it so it's less, this can cause the cutoff in the hydraulics to engage and will set a volume of fluid in the line. Overtime, instances can happen where the pedal is stroked and upon return of the pedal, the system will injest more fluid in the 'now defined volume'. (ie pedal pump up) This results in a TOB that is in contact constantly with the pressure plate and can cause early failure.

Or if you've misadjusted as outlined above and install the extended slave rod, it will bias the TOB into the pressure plate fingers causeing the same senario, early failure.

i have a large feeling that i did NOT correctly setup my pedal.

I did it more on my "normal" what I was used to feeling in a clutch rather than correct engagement specs.

I hope i didnt groove the NEW pressure plate fingers. :(
