I installed a Mcleod Rev Lock II clutch.. Its a sprung sintered iron disk and HD pressure plate.

It is'nt overly grabby nor as stiff as a ACT 2600... It slips w/o chatter on normal driving but launches predictably time after time...

Its the best clutch I have ever had in my DSM..

I didn't realize Mcleod was making a clutch for our cars. A new clutch is on the to do list this winter as the centerforce is slipping bad. Where did you purchase yours from?

They still have some in stock.. I think they need to advertise more to the DSM crowd. They do well with the V8 market.

Also they still have the DSM splined hub and spring assembly and they still sinter the same diamter disk for another application.

Honda preludes have a 8 7/8" disk diamter too and a revlock II for it still in the catalog.

So they still make the identical disk with a different hub on it.

This all means they can make one at any time.. Just rivet up a non stocking combo to make a former stocking one.
