FWD --> AWD (possible or no?)

Ignore the dsm newbieness for a sec, how possible is it? I want a AWD Turbo Convertible, a.k.a. Spyder GSX (non-existent) How stupid is the conversion? Assuming a GSX donor and a good mechanic, what work actually needs to be done? I would like to the work myself, (access to lift, powertools, welding equipment, e.t.c.) but what exactly needs to be done? I'd like to get a response from someone who's done it or at the very least considered it. Thanx in advance guys!
