Okay... So, I'm having some issues with my clutch, and I have no clue as to how they really work :confused: . So Im going to explain this to the best of my ability.

When I lift my foot off the clutch to engage it, the clutch doesn't spring back very hard, and gets to a certain point then stops. I can then let my foot completley off the petal and a second or two later the clutch petal pops up to were its supposed to be when fully engaged. This problem is most noticable when cold, but is still present when it is warm. Its been like this since I've gotten the car (about a month and a half ago) but has gotten progressivly worse. Im not sure but I also think this issue is attributing to my my clutch slipping under heavy exeleration.

My assumtion is that because the petal is not returning to its full upright position, the pressure plate is not fully engaging, thus causeing the slippage...
Any Ideas? Master cyliner? Slave? Fluid leak???

Okay. If your saying that the pedal doesn't pop back up like its suppose to, it might be you throw out bearing. Its not giving it that throw back that your looking for,thats probly why your pedal gets stuck, the bearing isn't allowing itself to release like its suppose to. If you were to have a leak, you wouldn't hardly have a clutch. Check into it and see, and if that is the case your probly better off getting a new kit since you got to pull the tranny out anyways. :dsm:

If this is the senario, then what kind of clutch kit should I get? links anyone?!
I plan to keep car somewhat stock... but If im going to replace the clutch... I might as well get a good one!
