Ok, We were driving around in my Talon and every thing was fine, after about 15min of driving went buy and i came to a stop sign. Put it in first started to let the clutch in, and the pedal was all the way up but the cluch was not griping fully. So i stop and let the clutch in acouple more times ,each time the glutch was grabbing less and less. I was like "oh shit i gotta get home" so i started driving home ,wich i was only about 2 min away from. half way home i had to start using 2nd gear @ 5000rpm to get it rolling , then i rolled down my street , got to my drive way, and damn no more clucth left it wasent even engauging in 3rd and almost flooring it! my buddy pushed me up my driveway and here i am now depressed, looking at the money i might have to pay....

EDIT>> going down my street , i noticed there was no pressure on the pedal....

dose anyone know whats wrong?

thanks for the help in advance

yea and if your clutch is dying, y are you at 5k rpm?????????????????????????????????

high revving isnt going to help your clutch engage; it will only help it to fail some more by heating it up from slipping.

Anyway, most likely your clutch itself is fine. It won't just start slipping that badly all of a sudden. That sort of thing doesn't happen overnight.

I had a problem like that, turned out the lame mechanic i just took it to had drained the clutch fluid because it was "dirty" and didnt put the full amount in, so the pedal would stick to the floor and i would have to pull it up with my hand. So check to see if you have any fluid. And if not find the leak. :thumb:

If you drove with burning for that long most likely you ruined the clutch. Clutches are not made with stand to much slippage it just happened to me.
