Everybody asks about single v double synchos.. This is 3s stealth stuff while the transmissions are different they operate the same way.

Why the F did'nt :dsm: put a planetary gear center diff in a DSM like the 3kgt-Vr's.. :rolleyes: so much stronger..
 
It would take alot of work.

Hog out a CD housing... Mount a sun gear inside... ETC.. Possible.

Also I would use wider and perhaps more gears than the 3s diff.

3s has 3+3. Three outer which drive three inner... I'd do atleast 4 pairs..

The closest thing is a quaife but the helical gear on the outside of the case is problematic...

Sending a customer back the same housing assures the helical gears like each other.
