clutch pedal restriction removal

whats up guys,
I am really interested in doing the clutch pedal restriction removal that is on vfaq. Has anyone done this with good results? Also it says you need a XXX wrench to remove the bleeder screw, but I have no idea what that is. Also it says that you need a small magnet, but how small? Help greatly appreciated

the bleeder screw on the slave cylinder? i am not sure what you are talking about but i know the bleeder valve on the clutch slave is a 10 milly
