Evo 4-8 clutch in 2G AWD DSM????

I was wondering if the Evo 4-8 clutch would work in a 2G AWD DSM. I'm thinking it might since they both have 7-bolt flywheels. The reason I'm interested is Excedy makes a resonably priced carbon clutch for the Evo 4-8.

No, it won't.

They're different flywheel patterns/tranny patterns etc.

An EVO 1-3 clutch WILL work, however.

Excedy makes a clutch for the Dsm too.

i own an evo viii. the evo viii has a pull type clutch meaning the throw out bearing sits inside the forks of the pressure plate and pulls the forks vice press on them. so no the clutch and tranny will not work

I haven't found any vendors that sell the Excedy carbon clutch for DSMs. Volcom, do you know who sells it?
