Leaking something ? gear fluid ? ( pics ) please help

Ok here is the car hasnt been driven for at least 17 hours i took these pics by reaching under the car what is it, and where do you think it is leaking from....... pics.......need more info ? just post questions thanks i heard theres a plug that can come loose above onthe block but i didnt check yert that because i dont know where it is or what it leaks ....caould it be this ?

it looks like gear oil to me..does it smell like gear oil? look over your tranny real good and see if you can find a leak...kinda hard to say where it might be coming from

Yeah im afraid to drive it anywhere though i dont want to lock anything up. ill just full it up wih gear oil and then check all the other fluids. do i just take of the fron bolt there and fill it up till it spills out a little bit ? thanks
