I'm sure its been done b4, but I was wondering what need to be changed. So far I have ground the 91 shift rails to make them work with the 95 3-4 shift fork. I am currently reseting the bearing stack up. Is there any thing I'm missing?

You should probably ditch the 95 3/4th gear set. The 93.5-99 3/4th sleeve is known to shadder. Just get 92 model 3rd and 4th gear, they are like $60 each and 92 model hub&sleeve kit, about $90. Much stronger.
