My transfer case has started leaking, and i think my bushings are to blame. They are toasted. Where would i buy these, or what are they called. I'm talking about the bushings that hold the driveshaft to the underbody of the car.

read those,i didnt see the name of the bushings though. I guess i get them at mitsu.

what i really noticed aobut mine is if i dont use those bushings, i need a sleeve to fit inside the carrier bearing mount, because teh bolts are a lot smaller then the hole. So my guess is(if you run washers not bushings) you will feel some vibrations withought the bushings, and maybe preamature carrier bearing wear. I just want new ones, or maybe some after market ones?? does prothane sell those? that would be cool.

is it the recall stuff if i spray fluid out of the transfercase outside of the driveshaft? is that where the leak would be. My brothers telling me its a different seal thats causing it to leak. IDk, i want it done now, i already cant drive my car for prom, which was really what i wanted to do. ..sob :thumbdown
