I bought a 91 Galant VR4 not too long ago. I absolutely LOVE except for the shifter. It sucks because everything else is out of a DSM drivetrain wise but thie sloppy as long throw shifter is definitely out of a boring sedan.

So the other week I picked up a shifer out of a 94 Talon along with a Symborski shift kit for $40. My buddy GSX4Life helped me install it last night. One word in the difference between the two. Incredible! Take a look at the attached picture. The difference in them is HUGE. The shifts are now short and super firm. No more sloppiness. The only issue is the shift boot. But Im sure i can figure that out later.

Nicely done David squared. Who needs a shift boot. That just adds weight.

And are they chairs from Saturn of Devon?

Its just you. That shifter is short enough especially with the Galant knob on top.
