Funny story...Me vs STi

Well my buddy and i were on 87 on our way to visit Jeff Hill at Turbotrix down in NJ and we get past a toll and see a silver STi rolling along with us...My buddy told me to get next to him to give him thumbs up...so i did...then He gives the STi the finger and waves him on....If you look at my mods....NOT GOOD so when the straightaway approaches i was ahead of him by 3 cars bc he was stuck behind one.....then there was wide open road...He jets past the astrovan, and kyle tells me to gun it.....i shift 5-3 and slam it...i hit 15 psi and he was gone......they are damn fast....never will i ride with him again....bc i dont pick on cars that are faster than mine by 2 secs stock

I got mine tsi few months ago and i also raced my friend's sti. Man those cars are quick. Well we were just playing around city but my car was no match for it. My car is stock but like in every gear we roll he would just pull on me like crazy. We raced from dead stop and i went head on in first gear and that was it he was just gonne after that.

Its all about launches for those cars. I raced an STi from a stop in my FWD and he had like 2 cars on me by 2nd gear, i couldnt catch up, but from a roll in 2nd gear at like 4k rpm, i mashed on it and started pulling hard on his ass. by the time i was goin like 100, i was about a car on him at least. check my profile to see my mods. hey man i know how that feels, i was down town crusing one night and some spanish dude pulled up next to me at a light asked for a race so i offered a 1/4 he said naw light to light so i was like wtf man u claim ur civic is stock u can here my BOV so you know im turbo why race me ? he says because it will be fun im like wtf fine lets go, dude hits his nitros off the line (the nitros he didnt tell me bout cuz his car was stock *wink*) yeah well that a$$ end kicked right out he cought grip n smoked me by 2 lights I gave up after the first light
