I went to the track couple nights ago. It was nice and cool. Around high 70's. Last time at the track I ran a best of a 16.5@81mph. That was without 3rd gear, badly slipping clutch and 100 degree weather. Now I have new Spec Stage II Clutch, lightend flywheel, custom ram air cold air intake. (took out headlight), plugs, wires. These are my times.
60 ft.. 2.275
R/T... .602
1/4... 15.757
mph... 87.08

Im happy with it. I didnt think it would be that fast. I only ran 3 times. It all seemed the same. Besides my trap speed and 60 foot. After I custom fab up my direct cold air intake, full catback, ported intake mani and maybe a header. I should be in the mid 15's. You guys think its possible?

The quality is real nice. I didnt know much about Spec. I heard good things about them so I went with them. The pedal pressure is actually kind of stiff. After a day of driving my foot and leg are tired from pushing it in. So its pretty stiff. Launches are really hard. It grabs really strong and jerks me back. Thx for the compliments.

Pretty decent 60'. What are you using for traction? Did you lower the tire pressure? Are you slipping or dropping the clutch?

For launching im not dumping it. Im slipping it a little around 4500. I just get a little cherp off the line. I used to dump it like at 5000 but it made my 60 foot times horrible. So everynow and then I practice my launches on a country road or something. It really helped. And for tires I have the Parelli's 7000's I thinkg. Something like that I dont remember. I lowered the pressure about 10 lbs. Thats about it.

Nice time man.. I am very impressed by the 60'. Yea I think after you do the porting, intake and exhuast you should be good for mid 15s.

Keep it up man I love to see quick NA 4G63s!
