anyone run their 1/4 on the stock RS rims?????

You know the ones I'm talkin about ......the 14x6s (or 5s) off the 97-99 RS......I have a buddy(the one I sold the GST rims to for 750) who is gonna sell me his RS wheels for 25$ Should I buy them to help with my drag runs? If you are wondering, those heavy ass 17x8s are the wheels I had on in my recent runs. 2 of the RS wheels weigh almost as much as one of my Millie Miglias.......So, try the super lightweight rims or no

do it, thats what i do, i put the stock 14" steelio's on the front and keep the stock 16" 2G TSi wheels in the back, my 1/4 mile times suck, but it does help for the launch
