Believe he is on here somewhere, may be able to chime in. I know high z 1250's by fuel injector clinic and turbo is FP hta 3586 if I remember correctly.

I love it!!!!!! What's the "light" or fire that you can see in the passenger side of the bumper on the launch?? I like the main exhaust exit too, very stylish and much cooler than the standard bumper side exit IMO
how much boost, timing etc...?? what fuel also (if you don't mind sharing this info??)

Not sure on the boost level, timing, I believe c-16 on the fuel. Think the light is just the starting beam.

Who is the turbo manifold by? The car seems to have alot more in it, as I can see it's still running a stock intake.

FP manifold. The car is getting a SMIM and upgraded TB installed before the next track outing. Also after some discrepancies with the turbo and calls to fp it was determined that the turbo is actually a 3082 not a 3586.

WOW! Am I the only one that's EXTREMELY impressed to see 143mph from a gt30 turbine in a bolt on dsm housing??? That's pretty damn incredible!

My car has done 114 IN THE 1/8 aswell. What is amasing is this car runs 9s and i'm still stuck at 10.14. My car did trap 146 so I think the owner has alot left in it aswell. Great job getting it done. How much does this car weigh and what kind of power does she make?

Amazing run. Even more impressive then the time is how straight down the track you kept it. Looked like it was on a rail!

That's awesome and all, but what does that have to do with a gt30 turbine in a bolt on dsm housing??? Unless your mods in your profile are wrong and you aren't running a t3 manifold and a 66mm BW turbo?

Not sure on the weight but it does still have full glass, owner says he could remove another 300lbs easy but that would be cheating, car has to go faster first.
He has been messing around with lower boost lately with good results.
As for power there is a dyno video somewhere on youtube, just look around for "mitsurage"

Just thinking and typing at the same time. Your right one has nothing to do with the other. The mirage makes 9s look so easy, and im curious about the setup and the potenial it has already shown. The bolt on housing has been 9.4s almost a decade ago. Others since, have proved 6xx awhp is about all one can make with the fp dsm bolt on equipment. What are the specs and weight of the mirage?

Boost was in the 40-45 psi range but he has made more recent passes at 35 and been in the 9.8's with a better tune and that was also without nitrous.
No I do not have his logs.

Hey Chad you never told me this was on here. Thanks all for the compliments. The car is finally coming along this year and hopefully it will really show itself within the next few weeks. Chad is correct, the 9.61 was a 44psi run with C16 and no nitrous. The following week or so the boost was turned down to 35psi and I made a fist full of 9.8 passes. Now the nitrous has been on it for the last three times to the track. The tune is getting better and the car should improve some. The stock intake has been removed and I hope to see a direct improvement from the swap. As Darren from FFWD said, the car is raw, grassroots, no monkey biz, kick your ass with no politics. Its a drag car built on a budget by a guy with a family. It doesn't have all the fancy parts, just the ones that seam nessary to make it faster.
As for what it does have its pretty simple.
FFWD Stroker, head, cams
Shep stage 3, PTT twin
FP DSM82, FP cast race mani
A1000, FIC1250s, Mangus fuel rail,
DSM Link V3, Innovate LC1,
100 shot n2o
Currently putting on a FRH intake mani
Last I weighed it it was ~2410
