I would like to start by thanking all of my sponsors, English Racing, ETS, JM Fabrications, Spark Tech and TCC.

Yesterday started off by making me mad as hell, it was raining and all the tracks were gonna be closed, so I start looking out in the desert for a dry one and found Yakima or Renegade Raceway. This track is at 1100 ft of elevation and is very hill billy to say the least. We get there an hour late and of course it had just got drenched from a down pour. I cant believe I just drove 4 hrs and now this. So we get in and they have spectators driving up and down the track to dry it off, NICE !!!!!

So my first pass is at waste gate pressure (23 psi) and 8800 rpm shift points for safety. And to say the least the pass was very slow but made it smoothly. The slip said 10.4 at 143 mph with a 1.7 60 ft.

Second pass we moved the shift points to 9300 ish and 30 psi. She felt way better and ran 1.4 60ft 6.0 @ 118 mph 1/8th and 9.3 @ 150 mph. Shifting perfect and destroyed a 68 Camaro that wheel stood about 4 ft off the ground

Third pass, shift points are moved a bit more and now at 33 psi. Felt even more better and ran 5.8 @ 121 1/8th and 9.0 @ 153 mph this was with a 1.4 60 ft

Final pass moved the shift point up a bit more and this pass felt stronger than any pass I've ever made. Were at only 36 psi and she ran 1.3 60 ft 5.8 @ 123 1/8th mile and 8.9 @ 155 mph. I was only spraying around 65 shot to spool and kick it out of the hole the whole night. I want everyone also to notice how we worked our way in to the slips. You should never take a new project out on kill it will always be nothing but disappointment. The other very cool and consistent thing was how when we made changes how ever so slight I got real results with no driver error to mess things up, the auto has proven to be very cool in the consistency it offers.

So whats up for next time, For sure a bigger n2o jet, maybe around 85 or 90, this should yield a bit better 60ft and maybe some more boost but I'm not sure about that yet. I still can go up to 47 psi. I know that with a lil more work on the tune and my driving this car will come very close to it's potential of 8.5's. Oh and I missed the record for awd auto by just a few mere hundredths of a sec on a test and tune night. After all my drama I went through these past few months on this new auto swap it only takes one bad ass night to put all that behind you.

YES THERE'S VIDS we need a few days to get them up.

PIR does not want this car at their track. It does not meet the noise limits. We should be at the import challenge this next weekend in Woodburn. Jeff

At least he's honest and upfront about it.

Wish I had of known you guys were in the neighborhood. Congrats Jeff you have been wanting this for quite some time. Now we just need to see the Evo and the Dsm line up next to each other.

We went last night kinda quiet so we could concentrate on the car and the passes. The attention the car creates when at the track gets kinda crazy. There are still a few things to look at to make the car a little more friendly but all in all she's pretty tight.

I can't say also that being apart of the English Racing race team and having the people I have behind me, I'm one lucky SOB fo sho.

Jeff

Congrats again Jeff, now get get some 8.5's!

Kevin
