WTF Turn up the boost you panzy:D !

We're working on it. If it was up to my dad, we'd be at 60 PSI already. It's breaking up above 32 PSI right now though, most likely because of how rich it is at the moment. We'll lean it out and try more boost soon.

The last two times we took it out, we really had no idea what to expect, so we told very few people we'd be out. We've gotten some of the bugs ironed out, now we have to make sure the ignition stays lit. We're hoping to take it out next Tuesday and try some things but no promises.

Shoot me a PM if you do. I would def go up and see it run in person.

Huge difference with with the new converter! 7s are right around the corner. Good job!
It was funny seeing it try to spin those big tires before the boost picked up on the burnout!

Father knows best :). Absolutely phenomenal job considering the consevative state! I've been following your build thread on the link forums. You surely will perk up the v8 ears.

Just saw the vid on YouTube doing my usual "DSM" search. Nice job!

Thought you guys already took it to 50ish PSI on the dyno?

I want to see Brent Rau speeds!

Nice! Congrats! A DSM icon in the making for sure. Best of luck this year reaching your goals!

The first pass was a 1.17 60 ft leaving at 9 PSI. Second pass was a 1.14 leaving at 13 PSI.

We did hit 50 PSI on the dyno but the dyno and the track are a completely different ball game, especially in a car like this.

Were already working on some improvements to the tune for the next time out.

Whats nuts in shep is faster.. Those runs are fast!! Sick dragster

That is absolutley amazing. it looks like a pro stock car leaving

The goal is to leave with whatever boost the track conditions can handle. Boost off the line will be how we adjust the car for varying track conditions most likely. We could have easily left with 30 PSI Tuesday but we didn't know how the car would react with any boost yet. We'll ease into it, I have a feeling it won't need more than about 20 PSI to go 1.0 in the 60'.

Outstanding! As many have posted here. I have been following your threads.

Very nice to see that build move down the track!
