Really want to pick up some Rota Slipstreams with Hoosier slicks on them but had a couple question, I know Rota offers a 15x8 option, will the 15 inch wheel clear aftermarket drag brakes? And also what kinda offset am I going to need?

Also, am I going to need to run tubes if this wheel tire combo is used only for the strip?

You would have to try the slipstreams on to make sure they clear. The slick require tubes but you do not have to run them. If you don't run tubes you will have to keep a beter eye on the tire pressure, with heat you can gain some pressure which could be bad for your 60' times.

I would rather see you with a set of Mickey Thompson's personally. What kind of brakes are you going with? There aren't many options out there to clear 15's. I have Brakemans which clear but also carry a stupid high price tag. I'd recommend a 24.5x8 MT ET Drag over anything. I'd also say run them with tubes. That always made me feel much more comfortable at low pressures.
