As some of you know, my old FWD talon only went fastest of 13.9 and quickest of 110mph. These were ran on toyo proxe f4 street tires @ 12 psi. So tired of no traction and crappy launches, I finally switched to AWD a couple of months ago. Almost the same amount power mods, I ran a 12.7@109 at Island Dragway.

Major mods: PTE BB 50 trim (5031RLE) @ 21 psi, SAFC1, Denso 660's, supporting mods, stock long block; running sub 10.5:1 afr and shitty timing advance on a very rushed tuned (as you can see  ).

As you can see, I am very pleased with this run seeing how my tune was so crappy and I was only running an SAFC1. This run was done only for comparison to my new DSMLink setup which will be run hopefully in another week and a half.

enjoy :thumb:

Thanks man! I really appreciate the compliment :thumb: The difference on that 12.7 has got to be the severe knocking (or so I think, I can't tell with just a Wideband/EGT because I didn't have my logger nor DSMLink hooked up that run) going on that killed my top end. No fear though, DSMLink tuning is coming along quite nicely. I know the HP/TQ calculator is slightly inaccurate, but I hit 376/350 on 23 psi on 93 octane with NO KNOCK! :D

Usual conversion for 1/8 to 1/4 is 1.55, so with a 8.17 you are just about right on for the 1/4 (12.66 vs 12.7). This of course does not exactly apply to a turbo motor that comes on really strong in high gear. I am used to racing a NA 406ci small block, I haven't ran the Talon yet.

Good Run :)

aaah, another FWD converted over :thumb: I have an ACT 2600 in the car and she holds just fine (smelled funny those two runs, however, because I slipped it for a little too long).
