About a month back i went and ran a [email protected] with a 1.74 60ft.

Well about a week later i blew the head gasket. That is fixed now so i went back to the track with new tires.

First few pass's bogged the launch bad and was running 12.5-12.8@110 with 1.8-1.9 60fts. So after this im getting upset finally cut a 1.67 and run a damn 12.28@108. I was pissed b/c i had a good 60ft but my mph was not there or even close to what it was. I watched the boost guage in 2nd and bam 26psi just like i want it to be. Well on the way home i hit it in 4th and saw 29psi and 3rd saw 28psi. So way too much boost for the big end, could have got close to a 11 second pass maybe.

So lesson is, more boost doesnt always mean more power and check your boost guage in every gear.

Great times as always Kyle. Now that my car is back running I am going to have to go get some decent times, can't let you be faster than me forever. :thumb:
