You guys wont beleive me, but here is my run for tonight.

Mods:

K&N FIPK
2.5 inch catback
boost controller @ 15psi
tires were Kumho Ecsta Supra 712's at 20psi
stock clutch (not slipping)

That should work out to a mid to low 14....good stuff.

That is pretty good. My old motor ran an 8.7 with similar, just a big16G. Our 1/8th of a mile track is almost completed into a 1/4, and then I'll hit it up with the new motor
