2psi, much difference?

Ok i went to the track like 2 weeks ago and netted a 13.64@98 with 13psi, i have since added a ported o2 housing and a 255 pump (yet to finish, but real close) i want to run atleast 15 psi and want to know if i will see much of a difference next week at the track (this is on a big 16g) I guess i just want to beat my buddy's 13.21 run, think it can be done?

13psi on a b16g isn't even in the turbo's best efficiency, 18psi is way better

Ya you should be able to run atleast 15psi and yes you will see a difference.
