Non-Turbo going to the track Stock Times?

I'm heading to the track next friday (June 25th) for my first run, im just looking for what to expect, I have simple basic bolt on mods nothing special and did a search but cant find 1G NA times and what to expect. Any other 1G NT's out there got any times stock or modded?

eibach sportline springs, pacesetter header, punched out cat, pacesetter catback, removed rear seats and spare tire. bosch platinum +4 plugs, and K&N air filter

My personal best when I was N/T was a 15.7@90mph. I did everything I could do get past 16.01's. I ditched the pass. seat, rear seats, all carpet and every thing that added weight. My mods were:

Custom Cold Air Intake behind front bumper w/ K&N Filter
PaceSetter Header
2 1/2" piping
Test Pipe
Straight Pipe no muffler
Turbo Cams
Bosch Platinum 4 Plugs and Plug Wires
Unorthodox Cam Gears
Brand new Stock Coil
Custom Cut Short Throw Shifter

Plus the temp. at the track was perfect. It was in the low 70's and I had awesome launches. But as always. The FWD's had a shity ass 60 foot.

Once I went turbo I couldn't make it to the track. I never had time b/c something would break. But when it was running I set it up at 12lbs and I raced a couple V8's. I stayed dead even with a 92' GT with mods. He said his best time was a 14.4. But I was gaining on him in 2nd. Once I pulled a bumper on him he shut down. Then my next race as a early 90's Camaro SS. He had alot of stuff done to his car. And it sounded mean as hell. He only beat my by about 1/2 a car. That SS had to be in the mid 13's. I raced a bone stock 95 GSX and I killed him by about 1 1/2 cars. But every race is different.

When you get your times post them up bro. I can tell ya somethings to get a couple tenths faster.

Only thing i seem do have that you guys didnt is underdrive pulley's. Whats up with them Bosch Platnum +4 plusg? Are they worth the money? I got NGK copper's. I wish I had Turbo cams or better yet some aftermarkets, but thats soon to come.

new tires, as much weight reduction as possible including racing seats with no back seat and took some sound deadening out...spare tire...all the tools...other little stuff too

I just got done removing the A/C system, I had no freon in it anyways so I just ripped it all out. fvaq.com says all that crap weighs in at 35lbs. I've also removed my spare tire and jack/tool set.

Eclipse96Ryder Where in the hell did you find a Fidanza flywheel for the 1g NT? Or are you refering to a 2G

Should I switch my plugs to Bosch Platnum +4?

I also forgot about my clutch/flywheel. With the stock clutch I ran a 16.4. Then I got a Spec Stage II clutch and had my flywheel lightened. That got me to a 16.24. I have so many damm time slips it's crazy.

Who lightened your flywheel? Do any company's offer a NT Leight weight flywheel?

haha...yeah...last night at the track i saw a 2g...nice BIG wing...stupid body kit (unpainted...OF COURSE)...and he was running 18's high 17's...i wanted to tell him he should leave and not disrespect the dsm name...we dont need that kind of rep...but maybe he didnt have no legs...and he had to drive with only his hands...is so....GOOD JOB BRO!

OK i did shitty, I made 2 runs and it got it got dark so I couldnt run again cuz im night blind. Here goes dont lauph this was my first time running at the track.

My first run i made 17.8, I bogged the launch and mishifted 3rd, oh and I lost to a 1g Talon AWD that ran a 13.2, on my best run. My above time is my second run against the talon.

Oh yea only weight reduction is complete removal of A/C system and no spare tire, but I did have my sub/box/amp all in the trunk. I wanna go back for revenge damnit my time sucked. 91 octane gas with a can of octane booster in it. I prolly shouldnt have filled it up at the time But whatever I'll go back sometime soon
