Tell me wich one is better and what are + and - on each one.I need tires that have better traction and are good for high speed.

Why not go with a wider tire. Atleast a 215... maybe even a 225.

Being FWD you need the extra traction.

They're just tires. Get the cheaper ones.

from the ratings you gave us the first ones will grip better along with handling, and higher speed handling(which you shouldnt be worring about). For your car either will work, but for high performance the first one will do best.
