What are a pros and cons of running a nt block on a turbo car. Another member in my area has rebuilt 6 bolt NT block with no squirters forged pistons, and rods (manley, manley). Seems like a killer engine, but are there any downsides when it comes to running the nt block? How about no oil squirters?

A few different places prefer using N/A blocks on their builds. It has been said but not confirmed, using a N/A engine is better because the block hasn't undergone stress made from the turbo. I myself don't see what difference it will make either way.

As for the oil squirter situation... You can talk to dozens of builders, like John Shephard who will tell you they do NOT use the oil squirters. Some people feel it helps their pistons, others claim it makes no difference on aftermarket forged pistons. I myself will not run squirters on my build with my Wiseco Stroker pistons.
