Okay here's what I have. I'm buying this 99GSX and it has a 6bolt swap(including the head). Now when the swap was done the cruise control, ac, and emissions where taking off. I have all the parts but need help putting it back together(the emissions only for right now). I want to get this cel to clear in order to pass inspection. I don't have emissions just state inspections. Thanks for your help.

LOL? You're kidding right..... I'm finished now and forgot to call you back. I have not decided yet. Thinking the GSX might be a bad move. But I must ask, why are you trying to keep your GSX and sell your GS-T so badly? You like the awd?, well I'm still deciding what I want. And you talk of "manning up?" Here ya go, I'll give your 5k for it. That's 1k more than it blue books for. Deal?.......... And don't post if you have no input on the problem thanks.......

Do you drive your car under 5k miles a year? If so, you can apply for an emission exemption. I will be doing this in March when it's due. You have to have owned your car for at least a year though. But all you do is prove that you've driven less than 5k miles and you don't have to get checked for emissions.
