Hello guys! newbie here.. I bought a 99 n/t from this guy a couple of months ago.. it had a tons of issues but I've managed to bring the car from the death. The car came modified with aftermarket header and straight pipe (no cat) and I'm having major issues trying to get the car to pass emissions here in Northern VA. Emissions I/M monitors are showing as "not ready" I assume mainly because of me disconnecting the battery while replacing the clutch. I have driven the car for almost a month in different driving patterns but no such luck setting the monitors to show "ok".. Does anyone know of a mechanic in the area who can help me with this? I ran out of ideas and my plates are expired.
